Native English Teachers’ Branch Is Approved

May 27, 2024- On May 22nd, 2024 the Korean General Labor Union (KGLU) approved the creation of the Native English Teachers Branch. As of May 22nd, the Native Teachers Branch is an official branch of the KGLU.
Elections for the Executive Committee will follow, opening on May 27th and closing on May 31st. A link to the ballot was sent to members in good standing on May 27th. 50% of the membership must vote for the elections to proceed, and the Executive Committee formed. We encourage all eligible members to vote.
Please join us in welcoming the Native English Teacher’s Branch to the union!
